Self-Care is any activity you do to improve and take care of your physical, mental, and emotional needs. When you practice self-care, you’re honoring yourself and treating yourself as if you matter (because you do!).
When we don’t practice self-care, we feel depleted. It’s hard to feel healthy, motivated and centered when we neglect our needs.
Self-care doesn’t need to take a long time or cost money. A few minutes will fill up your emotional cup and keep you feeling good!
