I’ve worked in the helping professions (primarily as a social worker) for the last decade and graduated with my Masters in Social Work in 2019 – WOO HOO! 

During my internship I trained as a child and family therapist and loved it! BUT I realized I want to help people in a different way – hence, this blog! My education has set me up to give YOU the valuable information you need to create a life you love.

My personal experience includes 20 years of devouring self-development material. Seriously, I think I’ve read and have listened to every podcast related to personal growth topics!

My love for all things self-help and self-development began when my dad bought me a Dr. Phil book when I was 19 years old. I read it and was hooked! Here I am two decades later with a self-development book collection big enough to be a public library!
