101 Questions to Ask Yourself to Start Loving Your Life

Knowing what questions to ask yourself is the first step to living a meaningful life. Simply put, the questions need to be good! Good questions lead to answers that help you create a life you love.

What are “good” questions? They are questions that encourage you to self-reflect and get to know yourself. One of my favorite inspirational speakers Iyanla Vanzant, said “if you don’t know yourself, you can’t live the life of your dreams”.

Do you know who you are at your core? If asked, would it be easy for you to rattle off your values, goals, purpose, beliefs, and passions? Would you be able to easily identify what is holding you back from living the life of your dreams? For many, the answer is “no”.

We invest the time in getting to know others and understand who they are. It’s one of the building blocks to a healthy relationship. But what about the relationship with yourself?

Stop being a stranger to yourself. Use these 101 insightful questions to help you self-reflect, get to know yourself, and live the life of your dreams. You’re worth the effort and little bit of time it will take!

  2. Am I living in alignment with those values?
  3. What values do I look for in those I have relationships with?
  4. Who do I consider to be a role model?
  5. What qualities about my role model do I most admire?
  6. Are there relationships in my life that are holding me back?
  7. How can I distance myself from those people?
  8. Do I like the person I am?
  9. Why or why not?
  10. What are 3 my top strengths?
  11. How can I start using those strengths in my job or career?
  12. What am I most grateful for?
  13. What am I passionate about?
  14. Do I make time for my passions?
  15. If no, how can I fit my passions into my life?
